About Me

I believe in the power of collaborative innovation.

With over a decade of first-hand experience living and working in South Sudan, Kenya, Pakistan, and now Mexico, I believe that progress, growth and stability can only be truly unlocked when we work across systems, stakeholders and sectors.

I consider innovation the tool that can help us unlock new solutions to persistent social challenges.

What I do

My Work

I work with organizations to enable the identification, testing and scale-up of evidence-informed, locally-led innovations to complex social challenges. Particularly in low- and middle-income countries, and complex or fragile contexts.

My work has been with various UN Agencies, INGOs and development implementing partners. I have coordinated multi-million dollar UN projects, co-founded and advised innovation portfolios, lead multi-stakeholder systemic innovation initiatives and developed innovation learning toolkits.

I work with organizations to look across portfolios and identify strategic objectives and challenges faced by teams, to highlight opportunities for innovation and growth.

Collaboration (Strategic Partnerships)

Through stakeholder analysis and mapping, I support teams in identifying critical relationships and cultivating strategic partnerships to enhance social impact.

Co-Creation (Ideation & Design)

Using principles of human-centered design, I facilitate stakeholder-centric processes to identifying, ideate and refining solution concepts.

Learning (Knowledge & Evaluation)

I help teams capture learnings to inform evidence-based design, develop knowledge products, and tell stories of humanitarian and development innovation.
